Thanks to an intuitive tool that enables everybody to have easy access to reliable and harmonised CSR data. Our rating system relies on more than 150 indicators based on the size and the line of business of the valued company.

Gen’éthic evaluates companies’ performance in 4 impact areas: environment, social, economy and governance. Each of those domains is then segmented into sub-domains and indicators.

Controlled and audited data

The data provided by the firms that decide to publish their DNA are verified by an independent third-party body. This process guarantees the fiability of the data that is published on Gen’éthic. ®

How does it work?

1. Assessment

In order to scan their DNA, companies first respond to an online evaluation form

2. Diagnosis

After that form, companies obtain a personalised diagnosis of their impact,with a percentage note in each domain and subdomain. This diagnosis can be published after the verification of the information provided by the undertaking.

3. Monitoring and improvement

even if transparency is our keyword, we also want to help firms to improve their practices and to be part of a progress approach. In their member’s area, companies can follow the evolution of their performance during time,and determine their areas of improvement
